Spray Application
SIMALFA® water-based adhesive for mattress bonding can be applied accurately and efficiently – using either automatic or manual methods with a spray adhesive gun.
In addition to its fast application over large areas, bonding mattress edges is also carried out easily and reliably.
Our customers trust both our proven one-component (1C) adhesives and the two-component (2C) SIMALFA® adhesives that are non-spraying, helping to enhance production efficiency.
Precisely adjust the amount of adhesive used
Precise bonding in hard-to-reach areas
Clean and easy application
Low investment cost
Fast and efficient application over large areas
Excellent adhesion to foam surfaces
Uniform application and precise control
Wide range of products and spray systems, providing exceptional flexible application capabilities
Easy-2-Pump Technology
The Easy-2-Pump system allows for precise and uniform dispensing of two-component (2C) adhesive over long distances, while supplying adhesive to multiple workstations simultaneously.
This solution helps speed up the application process while ensuring stable and consistent quality.
What is the difference between
one-component (1C) adhesive and two-component (2C) adhesive?
One-component (1C) adhesive consists of a single component and is very easy to use since no mixing is required before application.
In contrast, two-component (2C) adhesive consists of two separate parts that need to be mixed thoroughly before use.
Thanks to the chemical curing process, 2C adhesives provide higher bonding strength and better load-bearing capacity.
1C adhesives are ideal for simple applications that require quick application, while 2C adhesives are suitable for bonds that require high strength and heavy load resistance.
Easy to Implement
SIMALFA®’s Free Flow system offers outstanding advantages: stable operation, low maintenance, and easy installation.
It ensures low installation costs and the ability to quickly switch equipment without interruption.
