NPT U-Primer 130 | One-Step Glass Primer, Black, Moisture-Curing
U-Primer 130 is a black primer (undercoat) that enhances adhesion (2-in-1), specially designed for ceramic coatings on automotive glass. This product ensures perfect adhesion of windshield adhesives. It is ideal for restoring scratches on the edge paint of glass and protecting against corrosion.
Application Area

U-Primer 130 improves adhesion on all non-porous materials used in industrial assembly, such as painted surfaces, FRP plastics, plastics, glass, aluminum, and certain other metals.
Note: Not suitable as a UV coating for clear glass.

Application Instructions
U-Primer 130 should only be applied after thoroughly cleaning the bonding area. The windshield and bonding surfaces should be pre-treated according to NPT’s application guidelines. It is recommended to use a specific CLEANER or ACTIVATOR from NPT’s product line or similar products.
Shake the bottle well before use (at least 1 minute) until you hear the sound of the metal ball inside. Close the bottle immediately after use, as the product evaporates very quickly. If the bottle is properly sealed and stored well, it should be used within one week after opening. Ensure that the primer is dry and non-tacky before proceeding with the bonding process.
Complete the bonding process within a few hours to avoid dust and other materials from contaminating the surface. If the opening time exceeds 24 hours, the primer must be reactivated.

Cleaning & Safety Instructions
Clean tools with acetone or solvent. When the material is uncured, it can be wiped off with paper or cloth. Once cured, the product can only be removed mechanically. Avoid direct skin contact by wearing latex, rubber, or polyethylene gloves. If the product contacts skin, remove immediately and wash with soap and water.
Storage
U-Primer 130 can be stored for 12 months in its original (unopened) packaging at temperatures between 10°C and 25°C in a dry, cool place. The storage temperature should not exceed 25°C for extended periods. Keep away from damp areas, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
